About This Role
As the Product & Growth Lead you will own nectar’s growth end-to-end: across product, marketing, and performance. You’ll develop and execute data-driven strategies that drive user acquisition, build in-app retention loops, and turn insights into impact.
You’re a full-stack thinker, equal parts strategist and doer. You can map a product roadmap, write growth experiments, optimize user onboarding, coordinate with engineering and design, and understand how to make something feel right for Gen Z. You’re fluent in both data and creative. You move quickly, ask smart questions, and don’t need hand-holding.
What You’ll Do:
- Define and execute the product and growth strategy for the nectar app, balancing user needs with business objectives.
- Partner with design and engineering teams to ensure product features are developed to meet user needs and drive business goals.
- Work with the marketing team to optimize in-video CTAs that drive top of funnel app downloads.
- Contribute to the development of a sustainable growth strategy across organic and social channels.
- Lead and optimize the nectar website (landing page), email/SMS campaigns to drive conversions, and App Store optimization.
- Drive user onboarding & lifecycle marketing initiatives to nurture users through different stages, ensuring long-term engagement and retention.
- Optimize push notifications and other engagement strategies to re-engage users and maintain their interest.
- Set up and maintain a rigorous experimentation pipeline, running A/B tests and tracking key performance metrics.
- Use data and user feedback to continuously iterate on product features and growth strategies, driving measurable improvements in key metrics (e.g., user acquisition, retention, conversion).
- Coordinate the smooth rollout of new monetization features, ensuring clear communication with users and effective adoption.
- Identify and solve user pain points through iterative product improvements based on qualitative and quantitative data.
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years of experience in product management, growth strategy, or a related field.
- Strong background in product development and working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing teams.
- Experience with A/B testing, user acquisition, and retention strategies.
- Proven ability to define and manage product growth strategies and create data-driven growth strategies.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, OneSignal or similar for tracking performance and experimentation.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across teams and translate business needs into actionable product strategies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and user experience.
- Ideally has experience working on a dating product & has worked with a remote team.

At Jubilee, we follow a hybrid work model — We’re in the El Segundo office 3 days a week and remote for 2. So, you’ll need to be local or ready to make the move!
