About This Role
As an Account Director at Jubilee, you will be the trusted point person for our amazing clients - building and nurturing relationships that fuel long-term partnerships! In this role, you will own the client relationship lifecycle - from identifying new opportunities and driving upsell initiatives to ensuring flawless execution of sold productions. Working with our Creative, Production, and Marketing teams, you’ll produce sponsored content that drives the success of our Brand Partnerships team and craft stories that impact our YouTube audience of 11+ million!
What You’ll Do:
- Act as the primary client point of contact across all phases of engagement, exemplifying proactive communication and strengthening long-term partnerships
- Oversee the full execution of sold productions, managing project deliverables across internal teams to ensure seamless, on-brand delivery that exceeds client expectations
- Grow accounts by spotting opportunities and driving upsell/cross-sell initiatives
- Create and develop high-impact presentations to share with potential clients, highlighting both Jubilee’s mission and value add
- Mentor and provide strategic oversight to junior account team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing team culture
Who You Are:
- 5+ years working in account management, brand partnerships, or client services, preferably in the media or content industries
- Own a strong background managing full client lifecycle, from onboarding and production execution, to renewals and upsells
- Proven track record of maintaining and growing client relationships through trust, reliable communication, and consistent delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build & nurture meaningful relationships
- Management experience is a plus!

Work Model
At Jubilee, we follow a hybrid work model — We’re in the El Segundo office 3 days a week and remote for 2. So, you’ll need to be local or ready to make the move!
