Head of Business Development & Strategy

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Business Development and Strategy to lead our efforts in maximizing revenue from our content, expanding distribution channels, and ensuring accountability in achieving our company goals. This role will be instrumental in shaping our revenue strategy and driving growth initiatives across the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Analyze current revenue streams and identify opportunities for optimization.
- Work closely with Finance & Operations to understand, develop and implement strategies to increase monetization of existing content
- Identify and evaluate new distribution platforms and channels to expand the reach of Jubilee's content.
- Establish partnerships with external platforms, distributors, and networks to enhance visibility and revenue opportunities.
- Monitor industry trends to recommend innovative distribution strategies that align with our brand values.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and collaboration by engaging senior leaders through compelling communication, strategic visioning, and impactful feedback, fostering their commitment to organizational goals.
- Collaborate with leadership to align strategic initiatives with overall business objectives and improve cross-functional alignment and collaboration.
- Support the Company's CEO in the execution of strategic initiatives, including fundraising, business development, marketing and partnerships.
- Contribute to the development of long-term strategic plans and initiatives.
- Manage Sales, Finance & Data team to ensure strong revenue & distribution strategies
Who You Are
- 5+ years working in business development, revenue generation, or a related role, preferably in the media or content industry.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building relationships.
- Strong management skills with an ability to inspire, motivate & empower team members
- Strong plus if you have experience in the YouTube and digital content space, with an understanding of platform dynamics and revenue models.

- Compensation: $100,000 - $140,000 annual salary
